BOOK FAIR
Help our school at the Spring Scholastic Book Fairs. Afternoon and
evening hours available. Help is also needed with set-up and tear-down.
Spring dates: Monday, March 15 - Friday, March 19, 2010

HOSPITALITY
This committee provides refreshments and morale boosters for
teacher/staff and parent functions throughout the year with the help of
parent volunteers. Some of the events are: first day kindergarten parent
breakfast, teacher breakfasts and luncheons, monthly staff mailbox treats,
Parents as Partners coffee meetings, coordinate Teacher Appreciation
Week, goody bags for P/T conferences, celebrate nationally recognized
holidays for the school support staff throughout the year. Volunteers are
needed to send in food items, and/or assist at these events.

GATOR AIDES
Gator Aides serve as part of a large volunteer bank that can be used by
Gayton staff for a variety of events or projects on an as needed basis.
Such activities may include: Picture Day, Kindergarten registration,
Transportation Day, Career Day, Jump Rope for Heart, vision and hearing
screening in the clinic and making copies for the guidance department.
Time required and schedule will vary according to the event.
